Would you take losing 1lb a week for the next 44 weeks? That what I did :-)

My first 3D Body Scan was done at the end of April 2024, but I had taken my first dosage of Tirzepatide on March 29th, 2024, a month earlier.

This discrepancy has always bothered me because my scans don’t reflect my entire journey up until this point. Fortunately, thanks to our Renpho Smartscale, I have all the data going back to day 1. And sharing it below as an example of one patients journey on while on these GLP-1 medications

March 29, 2024: 255.2lbs

Feb: 12, 2025: 209.2lbs (Down exactly 46lbs in 45 weeks)

But as we often share with out patients, the journey is never a straight line, but somehow we always wish it was.

Here are some of my complete stats from Renpho. Remember your journey will have some steep declines, some flat spots, but over the long run we'll work together to make sure it is going down and you are getting healthy!

46 pounds, but there was that 3 month plateau

It really did start at 255.2lbs

BMI Is really coming down. 3.8 more points and I'll be out of the OBESE category

And down comes the body fat % as well. 1% down per month - I'll take it!
