Do I need to visit the clinic in person?

Yes and no. You'll need to come in for your initial consultation and then at least once a month to pick up your medication. Beyond that, it's up to you. Some patients choose to come in weekly — for accountability, because they're needle-shy and prefer our Medical Assistants to administer their injections, or simply because they don't want medications in the fridge at home where others might see them. For those who prefer not to pick up in person, we can also mail your medication directly to you for a small $15 surcharge. We have two convenient locations in Puyallup and Federal Way, open Monday through Saturday.

Is the first week of medication really free?

Do I have to self-inject at home?

Not if you don't want to. About 40% of our patients choose to come into the clinic for their weekly injection, administered by our licensed Medical Assistants. The other 60% prefer to self-administer at home after receiving training from our team. Many patients who are nervous about needles or who want privacy about their weight loss journey prefer the in-clinic option. No online provider can offer supervised in-clinic injections.
