Since our inception, one of our clinic’s most distinctive features has been the convenience of patients not needing to schedule an appointment to visit and collect their medications, undergo a 3D Body Scan, or receive a weekly injection.
We understand that everyone’s lives are often hectic, and our goal is to streamline this aspect of your healthcare journey as much as possible.
Almost a third of our nearly 400 active patients have taken advantage of this complimentary service. We pledge to continue offering this service even as we expand our staff to accommodate the growing volume.
However, we are now introducing the option for patients to pre-book a brief 15-minute appointment to receive an in-clinic injection, a 3D Body Scan, or to collect their medications.
In the rare event that four or more patients arrive simultaneously (which has occurred a few times recently), we will prioritize treating the patient with an appointment first, followed by everyone else on a first-come, first-served basis.
We are actively working to expand our clinic by adding more exam rooms and increasing our staff to alleviate any potential bottlenecks. However, it’s important to note that the flexibility of dropping in anytime remains unchanged and will not be affected by these changes.
We appreciate everyone’s flexibility, particularly those who can plan ahead. To ensure a smooth experience, we will do our best to accommodate your schedule and minimize waiting times.
