Visualizing the Last 9 Months at PNW Medical Group

Thanks to our Styku 3D Body Scanner - which is integral part of our Medical Weight Loss Program - I can see my body changing over the last 9 months. (And you can too!)
I actually started on the medication about 2 months before the first scan. I wish I scan to show my body before I lost those 15lbs by April 29th, 2024 when the first scan happened.
Starting Weight: 255.2 lbs
Current Weight: 210.6 lbs (-44.6 lbs)
I can confidently say that my experiences over the past 11 months with these medications have been transformative. Unlike previous ‘diet plans’, I don’t feel like I’m counting calories, points, or obsessing over carb counts (while also trying to subtract out fiber amounts).
The medicine has allowed me to be back in control of my eating habits. It helps prevent me from over-indulging even if I try to. And it's given me the boost to try and be more active. I feel like what I can only imagine "Normal" people feel when it comes to their relationship with food.
In my role as the Clinic Director, I have the privilege of sharing these progress reports with our hundreds of active patients on a monthly basis. It’s always uplifting to be able to show a patient that their inches are decreasing, their BMI has moved into a new category (Obese -> Overweight -> Normal), their body fat percentage is dropping, and of course, their weight is also decreasing.
But when you can visually see the changes - as I can in my five side by sides above - it makes the journey worthwhile and something I want to ensure I keep going to maintain it.
