Visualizing the Last 9 Months at PNW Medical Group

Thanks to our Styku 3D body scanner — an integral part of our program — I can see my body changing over the last nine months. And you can too. That's the whole point of this post.

Honest disclosure first: I actually started medication about two months BEFORE my first scan. I wish I had a scan from day one to show the complete journey — by the April 29th, 2024 scan I'd already lost 15 lbs on my own. But the data I do have tells the story.

Starting weight: 255.2 lbs. Current: 210.6 lbs. That's -44.6 lbs.

Here's what I can confidently say looking at the side-by-side: my experience mirrors what we preach to patients every single day. The medication quieted the food noise. The program — protein, water, movement, scans — did the rest. There were great weeks and flat weeks. There was a plateau that tested my patience and my own advice. And through all of it, the scans kept me honest: fat leaving, muscle staying, shape changing even when the scale took weeks off.

I share my own data for one reason: I'm not asking patients to do anything I'm not doing. When we say "trust the process," it's not a slogan from a brochure — it's the thing I've had to tell myself at month five, standing on a scale that wouldn't move.

Nine months in. The scans don't lie, and neither do I. This works.

Hey folks — Healthline published a good roundup on this and I wanted to share it, because it's the same stuff we talk about in clinic all the time. (Link to the full article at the bottom, as always.)
