The End of Year Results....

Here are my end of year scan results for the last 7 1/2 months.

3D Body Scans are a big part of our Program here at Pacific Northwest Medical Group - as we work hard to ensure our patients are losing weight correctly - we want to see fat dissapear, but musle mass retained. NO OZEMPIC FACES for our patients!

Since Day 1 - I've been transparent on my own journey, and will continue posting these as I work to get to my own BMI of 26!

These GLP-1 medications (I'm on Tirzepatide) have made an amazing difference in my life, and each day we see the differences and impact in our patients.

Wow - the differences in these seven months is incredible

Top Row - just look at where my fatty things were touching - then retracted:: Bottom Row - amazed at how much better my posture has become.

Inches continue to come off! - 3.5 from the chest and wow - almost 7 inches around the waist.

Muscle mass up 6.9lbs!!!

Over 22 lbs of FAT GONE GONE GONE!

BMI is heading in the right direction

Overall Body Fat is down over 7%.
