Six Months.....

This morning when I took my latest scan, it showed it had been 184 days since my first scan.... we'll call that close enough to exactly six months.
This is me after six months of being a patient myself here at our clinic (I'm on Tirzepatide) and doing my own part with some moderate activity regularly.
The side and profile views below highlight a few key things:
#1) as my fat loss started happening, where my fatty-thighs met really started to retract!
#2) in the side view below you can see my overall posture getting better as the weight started coming off and the muscles started coming on.
The below doesn't capture my full wait loss as I had started on the medicine about a month before we got the scanner going, as I'm down just over 30lbs total.
BUT - and this is why we do these scans - it shows my NET weight loss as only 14 lbs, but look at the far right graphs. That's -24.3lbs of FAT (yucky-stuff), and a net gain of 10.3lbs of MUSCLE (yay!). (and if you're losing fat and gaining muscle...look at the next pic!)
In these six months, just off these six measurement areas, I've lost a total of 29.2 inches! I really notice it because I've had to drop 2 pant sizes (42-loose fit, to now 38 regular) and I'm down from a tight fitting XXL to just XL with those starting to get loose.
