My Week 10 Results - down ~20lbs!!!

Hey everyone - sharing my week 10 results.... and apologies for being behind on my results.

As you can see from the pics - down a total of 19.4 lbs. Averaging just about 2lbs per week - which in our clinic we consider a safe rate of loss, although it's a little bit higher than average (which is about 5.5 to 6 lbs per month).

One thing you'll see is a bit of a roller-coaster in the loss - and this is normal. In GLP1 based weight loss there will be downs, flats, and occasionally even a few ups.

But I trust the process and remember that my weight GAIN took years to put on - and it is not going to come off in weeks. Although in a world where we have Amazon Prime and Netflix - we all want things OnDemand and NOW NOW NOW.

As we tell our patients - trust the process and look at the loss over weeks and months - not just day to day.

In addition to the weight loss graphs, for the first time, in all my near-nakedness I'm including my Styku Progress body scans to share. Plus you'll see the graphs for my Body Fat% change, my BMI, and of course my official weight.
