What is “OnederLand”?
“OnederLand” is a heartfelt term in the weight loss community that celebrates a major milestone—seeing your weight drop below 200 lbs and into the 100s.
For many, this isn’t just a number; it represents determination, perseverance, and a life-changing victory over old habits, self-doubt, and health challenges.
I, as of today, July 17th, 2025, am now back in OnderLand! A place I have not been apart of in at least 15 years.
I entirely owe my opportunity to arriving here primarily thanks to the GLP1 medication I've been on this last year. I started the medication in March of 2024 when I weighed 255lbs. This was after hitting the most recent high point of 270lbs at the beginning of the year and dropping 15 the traditional way over 3 months.
Those first 15 pounds dropped via traditional diet and excercise were not easy, but I can say the last 60lbs or so with the help of the medication have been so much easier, less stressful, and more than anything - maintainable.
At our clinic - we have helped many other patients get to their own "OnederLand" and I've had a few get a bit emotional when they see that big "1" at the front of their scale results here in the clinic. Many tears, usually some hugs, but always futher encouragment from the staff here for those patients.
I'm not just one of the Clinic Directors - I am a patient here as well. I work hard to follow the same advice we provide to all our patients, especially the 4 most important:
Drink your WATER, WATER, WATER!!! (1/2oz per lb per day)
Get in at least 100g of protein a day
Make sure I'm eating enough calories each day (this is the hard one for so many)
Get enough fiber so I'm having a least one bowel movement a day on average
I can attest, and our patients highlighted on our "Wall of Transformation" will also agree - that the medications, when paired with the patients doing their part, allow for real transformations.
We are here to provide "Real Support, Real Results and Real Transformations"
