End of week 3 results.....



Not a lot of weight loss this week, but historically this wait, 243/245 specifically has been a set point for me. Meaning that in the past as I've lost weight I lose consistently until I get to this weight and I feel like my body fights to stay at 243/245 hard. It can take a good two or more we break through the set point, then I lose consistently again. I remember 225 and 205 being other points I struggle to get through.


I know my calories are a lot less than they use to be, so I just need to hang on until I can push through this set point.
