Wow - my week 4 weigh in results!



Today was the 4th weigh-in and our medication day. I spoke last week about a potential set point I thought I was hitting, and you can see on the graph - I did in fact have about a week where I didn't lose anything.


I didn't change any behaviors - I'm still eating less because I have none of the cravings like I use to, and this week I ended up losing a few more pounds.


When using a smart scale like I have, a Ren Pho - I can see beyond just the weight other factors are changing as well. See below as my BMI finally comes below 40 and my body fat% drop from 45.7% to 41.9%
