I don't wear a lot of jeans, but I had noticed the one I had were fitting really loose. I had been wearing size 42's for a long, long time. And they were 'loose fit' styled, so they were a generous 42.
This weekend, I bought a pair of 40's and after getting home, I found them to be loose as well and actually had to take them back and exchange them for 38's!
