My Week 12 3d Laser Body Scans (as promised!)

Very pleased to see my body fat% coming down!

There are >22 inches lost across my overall Torso, and with the extra excercise I've been doing - seeing a small amount of gain across my legs and arms is inline with what is expected.

And WOW - comparing that April 29th side scan to the July 2nd scan is eye opening. I knew I was already fitting into shirts a size smaller, and same for my pants, but seeing it as a 3d model really helps cement the positive progress I've been making.
